Attorney Nicholas J. Serwer Nicholas J. Serwer is the founder and principal of The Serwer Law Firm Pte Ltd. Mr. Serwer has been practicing as a foreign lawyer in Singapore since 1995.  Prior to founding The Serwer Law Firm Pte Ltd and its predecessor, The Serwer Law Firm P.C., Mr. Serwer was a partner of a major U.S. firm based in that firm’s Singapore office, where he was head of the office’s U.S. securities practice group.
